It's starting to feel warm out there, people, especially in the sun. And the temperature is supposed to go up.

It's always amazing to me... in November, when it hits 40 degrees, we're freezing and we bundle up. In March when it hits 40 degrees, we shed our coats and talk about how beautiful it is...
